Those HSA (Hardware Support App) packages only for OEM preinstall/preload image use. 
In general, to get their latest update, it is recommended that they are downloaded from the Windows Store frist.

A01. Intel Graphics Command Center (IGCC) : It is used for Intel Graphics.

Installation :
01. To browse the location as above to find "InstallPackage.bat", to run it as "Administrator" to install it.
02. During installing IGCC preinstall kit, please DON'T connect the system to internet at any time.


A02. Realtek Audio Control : It is used for Realtel Audio codec.

Before installing those HSA packages, please install all drivers.
After those HSA packages are installed, please restart the system first.
